Dareka Yume da to Itte Kure summary: Sayo, a high school student, struggles with his short height and becomes enraged when Mashiba, the tall and attractive boy he likes, rejects a love confession from a girl. Sayo attempts to challenge Mashiba to various competitions but fails miserably and is only further humiliated when Mashiba calls him "cute". Despite his growing disdain for Mashiba, Sayo begins to have odd dreams in which he is embraced by an unexpected figure, leaving him perplexed and disturbed.
